We arrived at Lake Titicaca, the Bolivian side, from La Paz. A 2 hour bus ride to arrive to Copacabana, where we had accomodation for the night. Copacabana is a Bolivian city who welcomes tourists and maintains religious ceremonies as a way of living. From our accommodation, we could see the amazing views of Lake Titicaca, the fisherman boats and the islands around.

In the morning, we took a boat ride to Isla del Sol. It took an hour and a half to two hours to arrive from Copacabana. In Isla del Sol, we hiked the hills of the islands, we went to the temples and we explored the 80 ruins of the island. We co-mingled with the Inca people and their hospitality was very welcoming. It is a unique adventure to be on the island and to observe the first Inca temple of the Bolivian tribe. We ended the day with riding back to Copacabana for a longer stay in this area of Bolivia.
